Grade
Executing Motion Design and Video Production for Grade Learning’s e-Learning platform, creating high-impact educational content through animation, cinematography, and graphic design from concept to completion.
An expert-led e-learning production on competency-based recruitment, developed for Grade’s learning platform. The course is built around lectures by HR expert Malin Lindelöw and is designed to function both as a video-based training and as a podcast format.
The program is targeted at managers within the public sector and private organizations and forms part of Grade’s commercial course offering.
I was responsible for executing the full production — from filming (including lighting and audio setup) to post-production. The focus was on creating a professional and pedagogically clear format where the content remains central, supported by a cohesive visual expression.
Role: Filming, lighting, audio recording, and post-production.

Grade — Environmental Training — Content Store
An explainer video created for a climate-focused
e-learning course developed for Grade’s Content Store and delivered to corporate clients. Based on
a provided script, I developed the visual concept and motion design aligned with Grade’s brand identity at the time.
The training covers complex and often heavy
subject matter, and the intention of this film was to introduce a sense of clarity and optimism, balancing informational content with an engaging and hopeful tone.
CVE, MCF, Skolverket - Counter-Terrorism Preparedness Training for Schools
A modular e-learning program developed for school leadership and teachers, focusing on both preventive and operational counter-terrorism preparedness. The training consists of two parts: a preventive module addressing how to identify and support students at potential risk, and an operational module outlining how to act in the event of a critical incident.
This film serves as the introduction, establishing the visual and pedagogical tone for the program.
I was responsible for the visual design in alignment with CVE’s graphic profile and produced all motion graphics in After Effects. The principal featured in the film was shot, edited, and sound-designed by me. The work focused on clear information structure, tonal balance, and creating a trustworthy visual language for a complex and sensitive subject.
MCF – Civil Defense and Emergency Preparedness
An introductory film for a course covering Sweden's readiness to handle various types of threats to our security. This includes peacetime crises such as natural disasters or pandemics, as well as security policy crises or attacks against Sweden or its allies.
